You do not need to prepare a complete case file before reaching out. A brief introduction is enough to begin.

If you feel comfortable, please include:

Your name and your connection to the person or case.

Your loved one’s name.

Where and approximately when the disappearance or death occurred.

A short summary of the story and what you would like us to know.

Links to relevant reporting, official announcements, or public records, if available.

A safe way for our team to contact you.

Share only what you feel comfortable sharing in your first message. Please let us know if there are restrictions on when or how we should reply.

Is there an overlooked case you believe deserves attention? Do you have a documented update about a case we have covered?

Send us a brief summary and links to supporting sources. Please explain your connection to the case, if applicable.

Accuracy and accountability matter to us. If you believe an episode, description, or post contains an error, please identify the content, explain the detail you would like reviewed, and include supporting sources when available.

For an episode, a timestamp is especially helpful.
